I've considered and discussed this with some people and one dealership. The conclusion was it's easier and cheaper to just upgrade to a 2010 A4. I played with the 3G MMI in a 2010 A5 today, and I am seriously tempted to trade in my car for next year's model. The interface is much smoother, faster and feels and looks more refined. The nav screen is beautiful, and the interface very nicely laid out. I'm thinking I might have more fun modding my car instead of tossing that money in for an upgrade though.
