Auto starter for 2009 A4
Is there a brand of Auto starter for the 2009 A4 that is recommended?
After talking to my local Ziebart dealer (where I had my last auto starter installed) - he indicated it would be a cold day in hell before he ever installed one in an Audi again. Apparently, the last attempt (pre-B cost him more than the customer. I don't think this was necessarily an Audi complaint, more an indication that all German cars are too complicated for these guys to work on.
Maybe I should ask the dealer if they can do one. Thoughts?

Phone Visions on Rochdale Blvd, and ask to speak with an installer named Justin. He used to work at Tumak's and has done starters in all my cars, including some bimmers, and possibly my B5 s4 ( not sure if he did that one or not, but it had one). He is busy as hell, but he will be able to get it done for you, I would assume.
He will be doing my TTS when it shows up. He doesn't know it yet, but he will be doing it lol.

Although I notice the sarcasm, I agree somewhat.
I never really need to use em as my garage is heated, but my wife loves em. Will find any reason to use it.
EX: Getting her hair done.
Oh my hair might still be wet, better warm the car up to prevent fogging up.
OR
I left my credit card in the console, better fire up the whip to make sure it isn't brittle when I stop for gas.
Yeah these are actually real examples
I pretty much just use mine whenever I am closing the club up, and the car has been sitting dormant for 8 hours+. All I need after dealing with drunk people telling me they love me, or trying to fight me, or both within seconds , is freezing my nuts off on the ride home.

As to the volume discount, is there an exsisting Audi Club of Regina? If not, we should start one, then get Visions on board to offer a discount to members. BMW has a club in town here and they/we get deals all over the place, including lunch etc. May just be a great idea ( that is if it doesn't already exsist?)

I'm not denying it, but of all the 'girly' options out there (heated seats, Navi, parking assist, side assist, adaptive cruise control, start buttons.....list is becoming endless) - a remote starter is one that I actually use. At the end of the day, after 10 hours in the parking lot at work, a warm car (and no windows to scrape) is worth it.
