Default Audi Drive Select Vs Sport Package

What do you guys think about the ADS Vs SP? ADS dynamic mode compare to SP in terms of handling. (Without considering the driving wheel turn ratio).

... Strictly on 6-sp Manual 2.0T

Anyone test drove a car with both?

First, I have not driven the ADS. From what I've read though, the comfort is too soft and sport too harsh. I went with the sport pkg.

I really like ADS, it is more than just the suspension. I like what it does to the steering as well.
If I have to choose one over the other, I'd go for sports pkg because of the shifter, suspension, steering wheel and mainly SPORT SEATS!!!

Shifter is different for Sport Package too? Can you add both package? Dynamic mode with Sport Package further tight up the suspension?

You can add both, I haven't tried one with yet. But I guess it would make it even tighter.

I ended up going with both ADS and Sports pkg on my 09 A4. I was also torn between the two ... Of the two options I think Sports is the best bang for the buck. You get better looking rims, sports seats, good summer tires etc.

That being said, I use my ADS quite a bit --- put it on comfort for the pothole ridden local roads, and auto for the other situations. Dynamic I haven't used as much --- can't go tearing about during the break in period So if you can swing it in your budget, ADS is a pretty cool option, but it is damn pricey at $2500.
