According to the class action, vehicles were eligible for a Service Adjustment Repair until July 27, 2016 regardless of vehicle age or mileage. Vehicles which did receive the Service Adjustment had up to 12 mo./12,000 mi (whichever comes first) after the Service Adjustment to receive any additional repairs. Eligibility for this requirement ended July 27, 2017.



Additionally, Audi extended the New Vehicle Limited Warranty on settlement class vehicles (for oil consumption related repairs) to 8 years or 80k miles whichever comes first and is verifiable through code “U24” which identifies the vehicle as part of the class action. I regret to inform you that the vehicle was not part of the Excessive Oil Consumption class action.



When a vehicle falls Outside of applicable warranties or recalls, all repairs become the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Our dealers are empowered by Audi to evaluate for voluntary repair assistance. This evaluation includes but is not limited to the age/mileage of the vehicle, the cost of repairs, and loyalty to the dealer and the Audi brand.
