What is NOT covered under CPO?
What is not covered under the CPO Warranty?
My car is soon going to go out of the base warranty and will fall into the CPO. I'm currently having many problems and I might sell it if it doesn't provide adequate coverage.
I know I don't get a courtesy car and I pay the 100$ diagnostic fee.

Download the CPO warranty manual from here and read through it. Describes most of the stuff but they still advise to confirm with your service adviser

Re: What is NOT covered under CPO?
What is on the website is very vague. Also, the one on there is the NEW one. I have an old CPO warranty where it was 100$/claim. Now it is 50$/Claim and many other little changes.

Re: What is NOT covered under CPO?
2009 is the first year production so it has a few issues. If you have a chance get the 2010.
Your looking at manual, auto or CVT?
Stay FAR AWAY from the CVT transmission. Amazing gas millage but i didn't like it in city driving.
2009 vs 2010
2009
Flex hose needs to be replaced or else you have low speed wheel vibrations
Sunroof wind deflector needs to be replaced or else you get noise while driving over 30km/h
Some 2.0T engines have oil consumption issues. I highly recommend you get one that is under warranty. Check your oil level and drive it 1000km if it drops more than 50% then get an oil consumption test done and if it fails you get them to change your pistons and rings. Free IF under 80,000km/4 years.

Re: What is NOT covered under CPO?
I would simply ask my dealer...
I may be wrong but if I recall correctly the 2009 had 6 speeds vs. 8 speeds for 2010 and over. Some had a problem with their 8 speed after a recall from Audi, if it was me I would stick with 2010 or 2011

Thanks, but the link above redirects me to the main Audi.ca page for some reason. I fond this one with a little more info: Audi Certified lus > Audi Canada
I got a bunch of info from the dealer however I am still try to understand what CPO vs MBP warranty. The CPO will do me for the estimated time I expect to have the vehicle but I am hoping others can share their experiences with MBP and if there was value in it for them that CPO would have left them paying out of pocket for.
Thanks in advance!
