Audi A4 car floor mats

Re: Audi A4 car floor mats
No, the ribbed mat on driver's side is one I used from my previous car (from Canadian Tire). It's not anchored so I do have to re-position it occassionally, luckily it doesn't get caught by the pedals. It's a lot heavier so works better than the Audi winter mat which I used during summer (I drilled a hole in the mat and the weathertech liner and tied them down near the floor anchors). I find that the groves in the Audi winter mat is not deep enough for collecting melted snow, especially this winter!

Re: Audi A4 car floor mats
I also turfed the factory winter mats for the weathertec and agree that they cover the sides very well bit the lip at the back of the matt is not tall enough and allows liquid to spill over and create a salt stain under the drivers seat...my q5 mats are the same.

Re: Audi A4 car floor mats
I was considering WeatherTech mats as well until I came across some from Aries. It looks like they do a better job of covering the dead pedal area.
Just do a search for Aries Automotive.
I have a 2015 S4 on order and will be ordering a set of these mats for it.

My Weathertech mat for the trunk arrived however still waiting on the Aries mats for the front and rear. Also still waiting for the car to arrive! I will post pictures of them once they arrive.

Re: Audi A4 car floor mats
Hi:
I ordered mine from partsengine.ca but they are backordered right now. I think the cost was around $160 Canadian$ for the front and rear mats.
My car isn't supposed to be here until late July. Tic toc, waiting impatiently!

Re: Audi A4 car floor mats
I bought 4 fitted mats for my 2014 A4 from Findway www.findway.ca after reading about them on Red Flag Deals. Total after shipping and taxes was $107 so a lot cheaper than Weathertech.
Have had the car and mats about a month now and am very happy. They fit very well, though I wouldn't say perfectly, and the material seems durable. Water beads up and does not soak in at all.

Hi plg_cp
Wow! theses floor liners seem pretty cool . It seem to be the best choice vs price.
WeatherTech is good but really too expensive and the "rest pedal" have not the protection offered by FindWay F518 Style 3D Car FLoor Liner....

Re: Audi A4 car floor mats
You're right about the lip at the back but it seem less problematic as i find at this debut of this winter:
The Weathertech Floor Liner for my Audi is not enought long in the front to protect all the surface under the pedals and some snow and shi**y stuffs fall on the carpet and melt under the floor liner Maybe WeatherTech had designed the product to not interfered with the pedals course but with a gradual thinner endpoint everything would be perfect. Conclusion : it will be mandatory to clean my carpet at the end of each winter...it's a little annoying
Bye
