Angry Audi A4 car floor mats

Hi
At the negociation for my Audi A4 i have purchased the originial winter floor mats form Audi for my A4 2014 and i am disappointed by the surface covered by those ones (specially the front ones).

This lack of coverage give a very poor protection to the carpet. One of the worst ever seen .
The only good point about theses genuine mats are the quality and flexibilty of the rubber

Do you have suggestions to replace them by a high quality product ?
It must be thin enought to be placed under pedals (break ,cluch and gas) .

I take a good care to remove the excessed snow from my boots but i can't always all remove and now my carpet is flooded , I took my wet/dry vaccum to remove the water .
Flooded floor is surely a good way to help rust and humidity odor. A good carpet wash at the end of the winter will be mandatory.

Bye and thx

I'd suggest looking into Weather Tech mats. That's what I did when I recently picked up my A4

+2. Weather Tech mats are your best option. Not the cheapest, but the quality is great and they are custom made for each vehicle. You will be happy with your purchase.

Glad to hear there is much love for these mats. Placed my order on the weekend and they are supposed to arrive tomorrow. Looking forward to using them in what has been a good ole fashioned Canadian winter.

This has been frustrating issue for me. I've not found a single best solution. On driver's side I have weathertech liner + use a ribbed winter mat on top of it to collect the snow/water (one problem is snow can run down the dead pedal behind the weathertech so you have to be careful of that). On the passenger side the weathertech liner is not long enough so I have the Audi winter mat on top of the weathertech. This combo has definitely helped.

Hi min027
I have ordered WeatherTech Floor Liner for my A4
Centre de présentation des produits
but i will use it only next winter. The floor is already flooded and dirty

Did the ribbed mat over the floor liner driver side stay in place without anchor point ?
Do you use the Audi ribbed winter mat on top of the floor liner on driver side?

Thx !
