There's a REASON why the dealers tell B8 owners to NOT use 16" rims! Stop trying to out think the engineers.

You really believe this ?? LOL !! The clearance of the wheels I test fitted was as much as many other wheels I've seen as well as used on my cars so perhaps you should try not to make general statements. BTW, aside from being on my 4rth Audi, I've been using winters on different rims for approx. 20 years and have never had a problem with frozen snow or ice grinding against the calipers.
