Will 17" rims off a 2008 A4 fit a 2010 A4?

Hello all,

I've read different things about this. More people say 'No' due to B7 vs B8.

Just looking for your thoughts.

Many thanks.

Your best bet may to ask the parts dept at the dealer. I have a 2010 a4 and had a chance to buy used tires and rims from a 2010 TT = does not fit...the dealer said that the a4's changed the size of the hub center in 2009+ and the TT didn't.

Nope they won't work... center bore is different on the B7 (57.1) and the B8 (66.56)

Ditto on previous reply from thedge111. Had to ditch my B7 winters and buy new wheels for B8. Center bore is larger.

Are you talking OEM rims or replica's off the 2008? If they are reps, it's possible that they were using centring rings in combo with the rims...e.g. the rep centre bore may have been 66.6 or 73 in size, and downsized using rings to the get to the appropriate 57 for the 2008. If that's the case then you could make due for the b8...

No if OEM. I had to get rid of my winters and buy new ones. Prev post, regarding center rings... that would work if they are reps.... depends on the reps.
