Oil consumption warranty claim w/ APR tune
 

Hi all,

Like many here I had a number of questions on the recent 8 year/130,000km warranty Audi put in place to deal w/ the oil consumption issues our cars develop.

I wanted to share that I recently had my pistons and supporting parts replaced under warranty by Audi Canada even though my car had the APR tune present on the ECU. I know my local dealer (Downtown Audi) is aware of the APR tune and aftermarket AWE intake they still did all three stages of the oil consumption test and fixes for FREE under warranty.
