Default OBD P2128 Throttle / Pedal Position Sensor / Switch E Circuit Hig

I had a check enginge light come on recently and the code reading was for a
2816-p2128 (Throttle / Pedal Position Sensor / Switch E Circuit High)

It was a rainy day and I was waiting to turn accross a traffic lane, the clucht pedal depressed when I finally moved again I noticed the check engine light.
But the car is responding normally, I don't feel any anomaly.

Wondering if I can reset the check engine light and see if the problem will come back or if it was simply a glitch.

On a A4 2009 car you just disconnect the battery to reset a check engine or do I need to go to a service shop and get the code erase, the light is bugging me when I drive.

Default Re: OBD P2128 Throttle / Pedal Position Sensor / Switch E Circuit

Further investigation reveal a code P2015 ( 2968 Manifold flap position sensor (Bank 1) )
Car repair shop is talking about removing the intake manifold and seing what is wrong, further reading get me to see most people have an issue with this they need to replaced the whole intake manifold as it is one piece and not able to replace any parts.

Any other thoughts.

Thanks.
