Just bought 2009 A4 Quattro 2.0T; Not a bad deal?

I just bought A4 Quattro 2.0T (a base model) with options including metalic paint, bi-xenon, audi music interface, and bluetooth.

I got $2000 off MSRP so the final price is $41850 before taxes and pdi&freight. It also includes 2.9% leasing, no security deposit, and no first month's payment.

Is this a good deal?

Thanks! Mine is quartz gray metallic with gray leather, and tiptronic.
I bought the car off the lot so I didn't have much choice of color but I'm still happy with it.
