iPhone MMI questions
 

Hey guys, first time Audi owner and was wondering if anyone here could help me out with my grievances.
My car is a 2010 A4 without the nav package, but with the audi music integration thing.
What I would like to know is if there is anyway to tweak the computer (or with an app) so that:
1. Somehow I could be able to read text messages on my display, or maybe even just a notification of a received text.
2. I took the cheap route out and did not get the nav package because I figured hey, my iPhone has a decent enough map on it... Again is there any tweak or hack so that I could be able to access my iPhone map app so that I could basically have free GPS.

I doubt there is any solution but any help will be perfect. It's an iPhone 3Gs by the way. Thanks for your time.

I should probably mention that I do have Bluetooth, considering that's probably the most important factor to these questions.

I am somewhat wondering the same... what else can you do with the Audi MMI and an iPhone?

i would like to know as well ! i am asking if there any ways we could install a new DVD player and nav on a non nav package 2011 a4! i wanna watch video while suffering in traffic jams /sign

Iv looked and nothing. Its highly possible there wont be one unless Audi releases one, or a dev team starts working on it.
