Heated Seat Problem

Turned on my heated drivers seat this morning and noticed the bottom seat element is not working. The back of the seat is heating fine...just no heat from the seat base. Anyone have any experience with a similar problem?

Had the same issue with my 2012 Q5. dealer had to replace the element and relays in the seat... dealer sent it out to a specialty shop....seat had to be removed....under warranty...thank goodnes.....wew !
