Default Door locks

Is it normal that I am able to open the passenger door while driving even if the door is locked to begin with? (By simply pulling the handle) This seems to be a serious security flaw in the event I had a child in the car with me.

For me to open the door while driving, I need to pull the handle twice - passenger side.

For the back doors - I have child locks enabled - they don't open.

Mmmmh, strange, I'm able to open those guys right up with one pull when driving. I wonder why they put that functionality as opposed to having them stay locked unless the button is pressed.
