Default Cool springs

Hey guys, looking for some advice here.

I have a 2011 A4 Avant. 154 000km. I had my back coil springs changed, and the mecanic made a mistake when ordering. He received shorter coils. Probably the ones that are on the S-Line.... he installed them and of course de noticed the difference right away. It looks est better

Now. I have two options :

- have them install correct "standard" coils installed in the back

- change the front ones, so I'm all even and lowered a bit on the front too.

I'm just wondering if that could bring issues (camber? Uneven wear on tires? Shocks can take it? Less comfort? Other issues?)

Thanks!
