I think the best "value" is this place called Max Brakes in Markham. Their prices were so good I almost did a double take. On the other hand, if you want something of supreme value it's hard to avoid OEM parts. I spent time with my brakes last night which were straight off the assembly line in Ingolstadt and I can tell you why the dealerships charge what they charge...pads were beefy and thick ditto for the rotors. As far as regular or drilled...I honestly think the "value" is paying up for anti rust rotors...that's a 2 hour job to paint them (so they won't rust) and I would get those in two seconds.
