B8 Dashboard Display Warnings?
 

Hey Guys, i recently purchased a used 2009 audi a4 with 100ks on it. Everything drives fine and no warning lights stay on or flash while im driving nor any warning messages, but when i hit the set button on the instrument cluster a whole bunch of yellow and red warning lights flash consecutively with no error or service messages, the one that worries me are the two yellow oil lights and the red battery light. Is this something i should get checked or is this normal? There are about ~5 different symbols that come up?

That might just be the self-test option to confirm that all the warning lights are actually capable of being displayed when needed. As long as nothing shows up while driving/idling you should be fine.
