B8 A4 Video Playback (CARS W/O NAV)

So I've been on search for a solution for my A4 with no NAV. I'm trying to find a way to retrofit a device that allows multiple inputs. This is what I've found (but it's not in english).

I've read that the 2G MMI on cars with out NAV is not really MMI, but just a radio attached to a bigger screen. The screen does not support enough colours to display a video or pictures. But the link above says otherwise (WITH PICTURES).

I want to know - would this work in my 09 A4 without NAV?
