Audi A4 2015 (parts inquiry and importance of it)
 

Hey guys I had a question for my audi A4 2015. I was on the highway and a piece of rock hit my fromt bumper and was able to remove a specific piece.

My question is what is the importance of it?what percautions do it have to take? How much is it to replace it and best places to go to get audi parts?

Using the long linked below as a reference to show what part broke off. Part #19 fell off and i think #18 as well all i have left is the black flap.
