2013 audi a4 s line 2T MMI Radio problem need advise
 

Hello everyone i need advise with with my radio unit .

I bought this unit to replace my water damaged unit with the same serial number.
I connected all the cables to new unit i can hear that cooling fan is working but i have nos sound "volume currently unavailable" i did reset mmi but that didnt help.
I am suspecting that maybe the unit has to be unlocked or needs some firmware update.
I have appointment with audi but I would like to hear your opinions .

Did you end up solving the Issue? Was it as simple as unlocking the MMI?
