2012 A4 Compass Mirror often confused in Toronto
 

I have a 2012 A4 Avant, equipped with the compass mirror. When I am driving in Toronto on streets with streetcar lines the compass will often report the wrong direction, and change the shown direction frequently while driving in a straight line.

ie., I will be driving West on Queen Street, and within a 1 minute space it will show W, SW, NW, E, S, SE, W.

The compass has been recalibrated several times by myself and the dealer, and the mirror unit has been replaced once. It has made no difference.

I was wondering if anybody with is having similar issues in Toronto with their A4 compass mirrors.
