2011 A4 Fog Light Chrome Trim

Hi - just picked up a new 2011 A4 - been a VW guy for years but finally made the leap.
Anyway, wanted to see if there is a relatively inexpensive way to add chrome rings to the fog lamp trim. I am not a handy guy so replacing the whole grille and installing a new one is not of interest to me. There must be a way to simply add the rings on with adhesive etc... but need to find the ones that fit.

Any help/suggestions would be great!!
