2010 A4 Demo

I am looking at a demo 2010 A4. It has all of the features I would buy in a 2011 and I am just wondering if there are any downsides to this purchase that I should consider vs. buying new ?

I have purchased (or leased) demo Audi cars in the past. They are considered by the dealers as "new" and therefore have full new car warranty and can also be leased as opposed to CPO's. They are usually cheaper and you can bargain the price down a lot more.

All possible downsides, if any, are way offset by the upsides.

Go for the discounted price, since it's fully covered under warantee.

2011 will get Audi's new 8 Speed transmission engine. If you don't care about that go for the 2010.
