I just noticed that my driver side windshield wiper blade is barely touching the windshield. When in use, it leaves about a 6 inch section (in the middle of the blade) untouched making it very difficult to see in the rain. I looked over the blade assembly and everything seems "ok." Any suggestions?

 

When was the last time you replaced that wiper?

 

The wiper blade may need replaced but it is hardly the issue. It appears to me that the wiper "arm" may be bent. Is this a replaceable item (I tried to remove and even attempted to tighten thinking it was loose, neither worked) that I can repair or do I need to go back to the dealership?
