Mute Audio with Steering wheel?

So I noticed today that when I press the button on the steering wheel responsible for volume up + down, the audio does not mute...

Does yours?

On mine, when you press the volume button it activates voice control for my cell.

To mute from the steering wheel continue to turn the volume down.

mine (2009) mutes it when I press on the little wheel to control the volume. There's a separate button for the cell phone but my phone doesn't have bluetooth.

Thanks guys - same here, on mine, I have a separate button for voice. Having said that, I'm in a 2009 loaner (car with other problems...), which mutes it. Since it's under warranty, I'm having them take a look =)
