Didn't think a B7 with halogens used the fogs as DRL but I guess I was mistaken then . Someone else with factory halogens should chime in to confirm.

No idea what it's supposed to do stock, I assume I can make it do anything I want with a Vag Com setup. I have one on order so I guess we will see.

It has to do with the country setting in the coding. The Canada coding uses the the fog lights for DRLs. The US coding uses the regular headlights.
