I do, but that doesn't mean that you have to bash the dealer every time. The guy asked a question and I answered, I don’t even know why you posted what you posted. It was uncalled for and totally out of place.
Also, what are you trying to achieve with your post, some kind of “awareness”, do you think that every person has the same experience? I know for a fact that there’re customers that are not happy with my service department, but I also know that most of my customers that I sold cars to in the last 7 years “are” happy.
Anyway, you are entitled to your opinion, however this post wasn’t the place to post it IMHO : )

yes i was treated so badly from now on i will always tell everyone i meet or thats posts about Audi of Mississauga that its the worst dealership bar none . i dont mean to offend u , i have meet u and u seem nice as did some of the other ppl who work there but the service department and management are horrible .

yea my friend did not like the experience he had at audi Mississauga because he had a jerk in his transmission and they did not do anything they said it was normal and when he went to Agincourt audi they said it was a problem. I myself like the service at agincourt audi but not the audi service manager. so audi Mississauga may be getting a reputation since there are 2 people with same response.

Well about your friends A4 i have look into it. He or she should have the side view mirror auto dimming if they brough the convience package. Usually if you have your rearview mirror dimming it should have the side too. Depending on what year the car is it should most likely have it.
