Audi RNS-E should be the 1st choice.

A 2nd good one is this style of unit - non Audi but does look very OEM-like; it was in the classifieds on a different forum. Click on link to see a video the seller made.

Where can I get a system like that because in South Africa its hard to get hold of something like that. I have a B7 A4. Any ideas will be much appreciated thanks.
