Voice command stopped working b7-a4

Hello all need some advice. I have a B7 A4 and my voice command has stopped working. Does not sync at all and the only buttons that work are the dials. Checked fuses all good there. Just wondering if any one else has had this issue. Thanks

Sorry no experience with this. Suggest using VCDS to see if any error codes are being logged on the steering wheel, instrument cluster and central convenience modules.

Yes it is iPhone4 it won't sync with car and only the volume and selection wheels work not the buttons in the wheel
