3.0 is trickier and you need the shop that has the right tool as they are not so common. They require a different lock tool that some of the shops dont have. I think that 6 hours labour is what they say for the TB, Water Pump change.

That seems like a decent price....Independent charges about the same price....the dealer price quote was $1500 (waterpump, serpentine,timing belt, tensioners. )
