Silver box mounted under hood
 

Hi Guys,

New to the forum and I just picked up a beautiful 08 A4 Avant 6 speed.

Everything looks great, but I do have a question about something I found under the hood that doesn't look to be stock.

It is a silver box roughly the same size as a MSD ignition set up. It is mounted on the drivers side wheel well under the hood.

It does have a digital display on it and it usually say 14. (Battery related?)

I'm going to take some pictures of it on the weekend and post them for people to view, but I figured some Audi fanboys should know.
