Lowering springs

can someone tell me where to get lowering springs for my 2007 a4 quattro? how much were they? where did u get them? Does anyone have a part number? How much would u lower the car?

h2sport out of Ontario and they will lower 30mm abit stiffer and approx $280

you can either try str8imports (905 201 1022) or JzR performance (647 6374545) for like tein, they are around 300 bucks
