Hello All,

I will be short and to point. Few days ago got this wired thing happen to me. When you start the first time in the morning my RPM's usually go to 1200 and after few minutes they would drop to 800, normal idle RPM. So that morning after start RPM went only to about 1100 and dropped right to 1000. It was not cold outside and car started just as usual - right on spot.
After some time RPM would go back to same normal level of 800.


Anyone had / seen anything similar in their history ???
Car just turned 100K, no lights, oil change was just a week ago are up and so on....

The RPM thing is normal, it is part of cold start procedure, to warm up the CAT quicker. When it is extremely cold it will not rev at 1100 but its normal RPM.

All normal.
