i have the b7 and i fill up with premium (well obviously) and i only get 400km a tank! and that seems a little low and i dont abuse the car i drive it on a good pace! what do you guys get a tank? or is there something wrong with me car?

 

I get between 680-720 a tank.

I would look at/replace:
spark plugs
fuel filter
coils
maf
vac lines
injectors
air filter

 

Your fuel consumtion rate certainly seems high. On my manual 2.0T it's easy for me to average 10l/100km. Aside from the stuff in the previous post, make sure you stay off or at low boost and drive smoothly. If you are continually at higher boost leves, fuel consumption will be higher. I generally try to keep the engine in the 2000-3000 rpm range if I want to conserve fuel. If it's fun time, , revs are much hjgher and I'm not then worried about the fuel rate

I get around 750 city and up too 840 highway.
