Front Grille Filler Panel

Does anyone know where I can get the Front Grille Filler Panel to replace the filler plate that accomodates CA licence plates? Not having the front licence plate greatly enhances the look of the car, so where do I get it and how much??

I know i have seen them on ebay for $40 or so. And there are companies out there that sell them also but i just tried looking for you quickly but nothing came up, but i know they are out there.
