I just bought a 2006 A4 SLine as well from the USA and am bringing it into Canada. I am getting everything organized so I know what to do and where to go when I am allowed to clear the boarder (72 hours) to go.
Anyways, I live in the VANCOUVER area. The dealer wants $300 do add Day Time Running Lights. Is it simply "reprogramming" something ?? Any one know of a non-dealer that can do this around here... I live in Surrey, but any where in the Vancouver area would be fine. Thanks all.... cant wait to drive this car. |

Actually Jory_A3 is right our dealer charges an arm and a leg but also have you seen used audis in the ontario area vs alberta? our cars are about 3-10 grand more than in ontario for the same car. for example an oil change runs me $170 at the dealer which is retarded

yeah i have but they just keep coming up with dead links. Its ok i found out and modded it. In goes the key and the halogen projectors come on. Time to go for the test now

I recently passed my federal inspection (and provincial inspection for that matter) on my '02 B6 A4 from Colorado. thanks to 1move's VAG Com help in Calgary. Literally took 5 minutes at most, DRL's turned on, easy easy easy.
I was quoted the same $500 to $600 by Glenmore and Royal Oak Audi, and $100 to $150 by Concept1, TwoSquare, and Rigel Tuning. Thanks again 1move, see you guys at the next meet! |
