i would recommed upgrading to Hawk HPS pads instead of the stock ones. Greatly improved parking performance, especially once they have some heat in them.

And as far as jack stands they should never ever be considered optional. Use thema t all times. I had a colleague killed 6 weeks ago while working under his car at home not properly supported.
