07 A4 Gear Selector Noises

Hey guys,

When I go to put the car into drive there are plastic rolling like noises coming from the gear selector. When I go to put it into Park it makes a some plastic clicking noise and takes a little bit more effor. there is some resistance.

Anyone have this problem ???
