I'm trying to find some color match paint for my 2005 B6 1.8T A4 Avant which is silver but I need to find the label for my paint code. I've done some searching on some forums and have read that the label should be somewhere in the trunk area but I can't find anything back there. I've lifted up the rear trunk cover and even the spare tire but still no sight of any label. Any ideas of specifically where the damn label is? thanks.

The same label that should be in your trunk by the spare tire, should be in your maintenance book. The dealer should be able to pull it from your VIN as well.

Thanks for the reply. I still don't know where that label is in the trunk but I found it in my maintenance manual. Mine says LY7W/LY7W. Thanks again

check the drivers door as well and that are. Some might have it there
