turbo and tuning for 2007 a4 3.2
Does anyone know of a turbo charger configuration that can work on the 3.2? Would a vw vr6 3.2 work with some modifications? Also do the rs4 pedal fit on an a4? I would love to find some alloy pedals. Basically i want to tune the hell out of this car. I have an s-line package and would like to this into a weekend track car.
I would appreciate any direction.

Honestly, the 3.2 isn't a good base for tuning: it's the same lineage as all other 30v engines Audi has made, and completely separate from the VR6, so none of the crazy VR6 mods can be used on the 3.2. Any turbo work would have to be custom, as is a supercharger for as I know (the 3.0 SC has been out for only a year and so).
Off the shelf, the most you can do currently is a chip, which I don't think would net your more than 10-20hp.
RS4 pedals should work just fine on your car: it works on even the B6, so I don't see why it shouldn't work on your B7.
Have you done any suspension work? Sure, power is great, but better performing suspension gets you a long way in driving enjoyment.

Thanks for the reply. I noticed that in europe that the new tt 3.2 is being tuned considerably. Im trying to locate some sources overseas to get some info. As far as the suspension is conserned i am going to install some tighter springs.

The TT shares the same platform with the VW Golf; that 3.2 is a VR6 too, so mods for that engine are in general unusable on your A4, unfortunately.
Performance cams are mostly likely only going to give you gains at the top end; if you're willing to sacrifice some low-end, it could be worth it.
Don't forget to put on new shocks too while you're upgrading the suspension: stiffer shocks do more to help cornering than springs.

Thanks for the reply, do you think tuning the 3.2 will come on the market within the next year or so? Now i have a s-line equiped car wirh sport tuned suspension. Is a stiffer shock setup still needed with the additional springs? Also what about beefier sway bars?

Re: turbo and tuning for 2007 a4 3.2
That's very hard to say: traditionally the NA engines, other than the rather recent B6/7 S4, haven't gotten too much attention from the tuners. Even with the B6/7 S4, the only available supercharger kit for the 4.2 is from excellent but brutally expensive MTM, while others are claiming to be still in development. My opinion is that no force induction kit of any kind will be developed for the 3.2 in the near future, unfortunately. There is chip tuning available already, I'm quite sure, from Wetterauer, Powerchip, and Upsolute, but probably not from the more widely available tuners such as APR, Revo and GIAC (GIAC did finally released tuning for the 3.0 about a year ago, I think, while APR and Revo never released 3.0 tuning).
If you plan on upgrading your springs (which I did, from sport package), you should upgrade your shocks, for 2 reasons: 1) aftermarket springs will have a high spring rate, which means to maintain a similar ride quality you'd want more damping; 2) aftermarket springs tend to be shorter than OEM sport springs, thus requiring shorter shocks. I have also upgraded my sway bars: it did wonders in changing the balance of the car, thanks to the significantly increased stiffness at the rear wheels.

Cool, I love my new audi and now im on the fence about my next car. I know that sounds stupid. But the joy of driving something like a rs4 with 420hp is very compelling. Im not a big fan of bmw but they seem to be very tunable. Again, my eventual goal is to have a weekend track car that rips. A buddy of mine who used to be an instructor is teaching me how to drive on a track.
