I ended up doing the USP valance upgrade, just ordered USP vented fog light grills and USP matte black center grille.

Can someone confirms they fit on the NON USP upper matched with USP lower valance?

Also next step GT2871R fvck K04 (Selling my S2000)

reading the other day on audizine rockauto.com has a china made usp lower for $112 or something like that, you could also try punching in the usp grille part numbers on rock auto, might be able to get some cheap knock offs, had i known this i would have bought my lower grille this way as the 3 grilles cost more then the valence + the cost to paint it
