Lights are pointing too far down

Hi all; recently noticed both my headlights are pointed too far down and \I can't see at night as good as I once could. Can someone "point" me in the right direction? :confused:

Process is the same for B6 & B7. if you have HID then you might needs VCDS to deal with the levelling motors.
