HELP! windows won't work etc.
 

I have a 2003 A4 B6 3.0. My wiring harness where the door meets up was cracked and many wires were broken. I replaced the drivers side wiring harness with a S4 B6 wiring harness as it is exactly the same and still have no luck. No power to windows or anything at all on my drivers door. No power windows work at all and my key fob does not function. Sometime (rarely ever) when I open the door slightly I get a light that works on the window lock button but that is all. Checked all fuses and they are fine. What could be the problem? The window modulator? What should I do?
