Help! oil pan to throttle nitemare 1.8t

my audi a4 quasi needs an exorcism. I have a 99 manual 5 speed with a 2001 awm 1.8t a4 quattro motor swap. Recently I havebeen traveling up too this point and have been found mountain side repairs with my husband for almost 2 weeks due to me busting an oil pan. And since going through a front clip tear down and engine lift (DIY) WE replaced the oil pan and since the car is not running and dying after a start up and brief idle or thesecond you step on the gas pedal. Thecodes thrown are p1545 throttle valve controller malfunction and p1544 angle sensor throttle actuator (signal too large) also, we have adjusted the linkage. The throttle cable. Replaced air filter. Oil change. Fuses. It ran like a champ since dat one and I broke it but knew instantly and shut it of as the oil lightdinged on. During this road trip I realized there was indefinitely an engine swap upgrade ( the hard way of course) and so unsure if somehow we lost sensors or if during swap they were bypassed and also some of the wiring from previous owner is "custom" and not anything like OEM Standard audi wiring lol someone have a suggestion or been through similar and found a way to fix it
