H7 was the foglight bulb on the pre 99.5 B5 model where the foglight was part of the headlight itself. On the later B5, B6 & B7 models, the foglight bulb is H11 and as folks above (jamieta430, vgorous)have stated accessed from the friont. When you look at the foglight grill you will see four tabs (2 up, 2 down). Once you have unlatched them, pull from the edge closest to the centre out towards the sides of the car and they should pop off quite easily.
