It sounds egnition coil,or injector, both inexpensive (coil under recoll)
Temperature sensor located on the base of the radiator hose passenger side, very eassy to replace it. Deffinetly no relation between your rough idle and low temperature at list not significant.

Mike: check your keyboard for malfunctions, or use dictionary.com or spell check and do your research before you answer a post.

Just go to the closest one I guess. It was an audi canada recall so as long as your car is canadian, just go in and tell them what your gauge is doing. They'll scan it and if they find a fault regarding you sensor they'll replace it for free.
