Check engine code I'm getting ?
 

Hi Guys my check engine light came on and the computer gave these codes 16683 and PO299 what need to be changed?

Hey Everyone,

Im new to the forum and i was just wondering when i scanned my car due to the "check engine light" I got the codes P0299 - Turbo super boost sensor A) circuit: control limit not reach & P0642 - sensor reference voltage A circuit : Low. I reset the faulty codes and now they are gone. But is this ok for now or should i change whats causing the problem?

@Joe - I'd wait and see how long it takes for the codes to come back. Some faults are quite intermiitent.

Ya ill just wait it out and see what happens. The Check engine light came on yesterday when i sped up on an onramp with the sport mode gear. I really hope that its not a big problem. I changed the air filter today due to it being pretty dirty. But do you think i should clean the maf sensor as well?
