Default Bizarre Window Issue, Won't respond to either switch or Key

My rear driver's side window will not roll down. For that matter, I don't know if it would roll up if it was down. The window doesn't respond to the main driver's door master switch, the switch in the rear driver's side door, nor does it respond when the key is placed in the driver's side door and rotated counter clockwise. All other windows work with both switches and the key. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you!

One place to start would be the wiring harness in the door jamb - check to see that all the wires are intact and not broken or shorted.

Mine is currently the same way, and it's something to either do with the motor or wiring.
My window regulator is busted, so I currently don't have one in, and since there is no regulator I have no way to attach the motor. There are various wirings plugged into the motor, door lock, power side view mirrors; all of which don't work for me at the moment.
