Avant front quarter panels rusted
 

So I bought my 04 Avant knowing it had a couple small rust spots on it. One on each front fender (quarter panels) and a spot on the drivers door sill. My questions; should I even go to Audi to see if warranty will cover it? What I've been reading it doesn't seem to be worth my time to try, the fenders are bubbling and the sill is about the size of a toonie with the paint gone.
Second, will the b6 sedan fenders fit on the Avant? I found a couple part outs on Kijiji. It will probably be less to get used (non-rusted ones) and get them painted.
Any info will be appreciated.

Always worth asking the dealer for this type of problem - best answer they give is Aud replaces under warranty, worst is you have to pay to get it fixed yourself. Nothing to lose by asking - ;) ;)

Very true. Will have to do some research on which one to go to. Heard Hartland Audi denied lots of claims. (it's the closest one)

which dealer is good for claims?
I have a few rust issues also.
I'd like to have em fixed :)
